Well, it's a little late but better late than never right?

Wednesday saw my little blog turn three years old, can't quite believe it myself. It's been quite a rollercoaster, but I am loving it and the new (slightly more me) direction the blog and I are heading in, I hope you are too. I'm probably jinxing myself here, but so far 2013 has been good to me, if a little tiring, and I hope it continues!

To mark this momentous occasion (I don't think I've done anything for more than three years except perhaps work in television and ogle gorgeous actors), I'm throwing a behemoth of a giveaway. In fact, not only is this giveaway to mark my blog's third birthday but also my 200th post that passed a while back while everything was still packed away. Everything's (almost) back out again now, and I've dug out some lovely sewing stuff (including vintage patterns) for you all to covet (hopefully!).

Yes, that's right. Not one, not two, but six patterns. Butterick 3134 has been used (cut to size 12 I believe), the others are from my collection and I have to admit I've not checked them over so covet at your own peril as pieces may be missing. All patterns are 34/28/37 ish except for Vogue which is an 18-22 reprint (and the Hollywood print is a maternity dress).

Also included are two pieces of cotton fabric from my stash. At least I think they're cotton. They certainly feel like cotton but take under advisement that it probably should read mystery cotton-like fabric on offer. The first is a blue flower print, more quilting weight cotton than lawn, measuring approx 42" (107cm) by 34" (87cm). The second is a light yellow (quite bright and a little tart) in softer cotton that measures approx 118" (3m) long by 43" (109cm). I'd love to say they came from a pet free home but we all know I'd be lying (and Puck has spent the last five minutes trying to make a nest out of the blue fabric). There are some marks on the yellow fabric, not going to lie, but it looks like it's just dust from the ongoing mess that's transfered as I've tried to measure the fabric. Both could do with a clean just in case, especially given the amount of dust we've been suffering through here. I'm also going to include a pack of thread and a tape measure because I'm nice like that.
