- It has snowed here. A lot. The wolf is ecstatic, me not so much (at least, not when I'm being dragged through the snow without my feet even moving!) and Puck the Cat even less
- I am about to start painting walls, it's very exciting
- Backstitch are having a sale, hurry and grab some beautiful fabric while you can!
- Design*Sponge put together a template for movie night bingo, perfect for being snowed in with friends
- Ulrika of The Freelancer's Fashion Blog wrote a great post about how to layer
- BEG Bicycles are starting up their joy rides again, first is scheduled for Sunday 20th (weather permitting!)
- I'm completely in love with Hunters original snow gloss
boot in aubergine and could really use a pair right now, I'm not sure my toes have warmed up again yet!
- Mum and I bought a £20 piece of MDF which has been cut into approximately 22 shelves by the kind man at B&Q, for free - bonza!
- I've only got one packet of crisps left and no cheese, if it continues snowing I'm going to go insane from cravings before I can get to the supermarket

I love the tulle skirt!
I'm the same with my food supplies, I had some eggs and butter so made shortbread type biscuits for an army... that should keep me going!
Oh, I love the doily lightbulbs and the car tracks are a clever idea. My inner teacher thinks you could extend it when the kids are learning things like "left" and "right" or even make giant letters from tape. Snowed here too, a lot I think though not as much as you I think, if the BBC is correct. Hope your toes are warming up, those hunter boots look fab. I have my first pair of snow boots this year, they look kind of awful but having warm toes is a-m-a-zing. Good luck with the painting. I am off to look at Backstitch sale xx
Mmmmm, shortbread! Good call, if only I had some butter! The guys in the street are outside shovelling the road clear so I may risk a trip to Tesco later for supplies ;)
Ooh, that's a great idea for teaching left and right!
We had about 6" of snow fall, with more predicted over the next few days. Toes have reverted back to frozen status after this morning's walk but are thawing nicely now. I have some felt lined snowboots but they're so big and heavy I'd love to switch them for something wellie sized!
Hope you find something lovely/don't spend too much money on the Backstitch sale! xx
