I'm Tors. No, I'm not Scandinavian, blonde nor built to fill out an opera diva's breastplate, just born to parents who didn't think Vicky was a suitable nickname for me. I live in the mountains of south Wales with a large wolf named Bear (okay, he's actually a dog) and Puck, the aptly named cat (if I do say so myself). I love pretty things, old things, practical things and things with absolutely no use whatsoever, and I blog about them all. Croeso!

Oops I must have missed the original post on this but I love the 1st and 2nd outfits, though I'll sound like my mum here...I definitely think you should tuck your top in, I'm sure you would feel less frumpy, and it would show of your waist and the fabulous skirt more too! I am also really looking forward to your shoe post! x
Hahaha, you're welcome to sound like my Mum any time you feel like it ;) And I'll definitely try to remember to show both ways next time, just in case x
Goodness your mom had some great pants/trousers! I love the cropped ones, and looking forward to seeing your Ginger again. I know we share this, but my forward belly makes me staunchly anti-tuck and I've always shied away from the Ginger because of the high waist, though there are so many lovely versions out there. :)
I love those crpped trousers...I actually quite like the frumpy look, I think there is a fine line between frumpy and a kind of geek-chic-cool-hausfrau look, but this could be a fact that only exists in my head! I did laugh at the previous post when you said the original outfit makes you feel responsible. Do you have an irresponsible outfit to show??
Yes, she has fabulous style, but is about 2" shorter than me and approximately 5" shorter in the leg so it's a bit hit and miss over what fits me ;)
The Ginger is a weird one for me too, and I think I should've lowered the waistline or something. We'll see when I get my arse in gear and photograph it all!
Well I suppose someone has to love the frumpy look ;) Although geek-chic-hausfrau could totally be a look and I'd be up for trying to rock it.
I have an outfit for every mood, and character in my head (downside of being a writer, overactive imagination and lots of 'voices'). I've been toying about doing a post about it actually, maybe I should after all!
Well I like that skirt anyway, even without the right shoes!
Why thankee :) I do love it, it fits so nicely! Hopefully with the right shoes it'll look better ;)
